Police departments across Cuyahoga County cracked down on impaired drivers this holiday season by increasing their DUI patrols. Law enforcement shared plans for increased saturation patrols during the holiday season and New Year’s Eve with the Sun News and WEWS. Along with announcing increased patrols, the Cuyahoga County DUI Task Force and University Hospitals Rainbow Babies & Children’s Hospital discussed their Safe Rides program that offers impaired drivers a safe ride home, in partnership with Ace Taxi and Budweiser.
